Make A Dialogue With Yourself

Many people come to me and say: 'I need you to take the stress away from me!'
Well, for one, I thank those people for trusting me. But, the truth is, the first person to trust has to be YOURSELF. Yes, you read that right! YOURSELF!
Therapy is much more fruitful when the therapee trusts themselves. Our inner voice is always right and that is why it is for our own good to learn to listen to that inner voice. Some call it hunch; others gut feeling. Bottom line is we all feel what is right and what is wrong.
For example, when you go to buy a garment; you look for one that your inner voice will confirm it is the one for you. Some people have noticed that and others haven't.
Same goes for therapy.
The therapist will guide you towards your therapy's goal but YOU need to do the hard work.
Here is another argument: if someone tells someone off, they spontaneously react. It means that they have a little faith in themselves. Think about it! So grab that truth and make a change!
To yourself and to the world!
